What’s for breakfast?


If you are like me, you don’t give yourself much time in the morning to make a big meal. I usually have about 10 minutes to whip something together before I need to be out the door.

It is never a good idea to skip breakfast or stop at a fast food drive-in just because you don’t have the time to make something healthy. It is the most important meal of the day after all!

On those mornings when I barely have time to get myself ready before I need to leave for work, I use one of my on-the-go breakfast recipes that takes no more than 10 minutes.

Yogurt Recipe

1 serving – Chobani Greek Yogurt (0% Fat, Vanilla Flavor)
1/4 cup – Bear Naked Triple Berry Fit Granola
1 tbsp. – Harris Teeter Almond Butter

Yogurt is also a great snack between meals.
