It seems that chia seed recipes are everywhere these days, and for a good reason! They are one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Loaded with antioxidants, fiber, protein, and other nutrients, they are truly a super food – even when enjoyed as dessert! Soaked in milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and other sweet spices they turn into a tapioca-like substance that is delicious and filling.
