Washington, DC Events:

National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade
Constitution Ave.
7th to 17th St. NW, DC
Time: Saturday, 10am-12pm
Cost: FREE, $20 for Grandstand Seating

This energy-filled parade runs for 10 blocks along iconic Constitution Avenue.  Colorful helium balloons, elaborate floats, marching bands from across the country, entertainers and performers will burst down the Parade route in celebration of DC’s iconic Cherry Blossoms.

USA Science and Engineering Festival
Walter E. Washington Convention Center

Time: Saturday, 10am-6pm; Sunday, 10am-4pm

The 4th Annual Science and Engineering Festival will showcase over 3,000 fun, hands-on science and engineering activities from nanotechnology to space exploration for all ages!

DC Beer Festival
Nationals Park
1500 South Capital St. SE, DC
Time: Saturday, 12-3pm or 5-8pm
Cost: $40, this is a 21+ event

Returning to Nationals Park, the DC Beer Festival brings together dozens of area breweries that will feature spring seasonal beers, food trucks, lawn games, DJs and more!

Bay Bridge Boat Show

National Capital Area Cake Show 2016
Fairfax High School

Browse the cake decorating entries from artists of all skill levels, attend a class, and mingle with famous cake artists featured on TV shows. Also, be sure to check out the Sugar Fashion Show Dessert Gala where there will be models walking the runway in outfits completely made of sugar!

26th Annual Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival

Beautiful landscapes and gardens from over 120 vendors fill the streets of downtown Leesburg during this two-day event. Get your garden ready for spring with landscape demos, garden supplies, and outdoor décor.  There will also be children’s activities, food vendors, arts and crafts, and the Wine & Beer Garden!

Pirate Fest
