Part farmer’s market, part art sale, the SW DC’s farmer’s market features live music and cultural performances by the neighborhood museums, and an outstanding array of food and beverage vendors. Visit the kickoff this weekend, and come again every 2nd and 4th Friday + Saturday through the end of October.

This mammoth event featuring everything BBQ features teams and restaurants from across the country cooking off for the title of National BBQ Champion. The event also features three music stages, interactive exhibits, cooking demonstrations, sampling pavilions, a DC Sports Zone, and lots of children’s activities.
