The 50th anniversary festival, complete with many varieties of food and markets, proudly features Circus Arts and On the Move. Experience how cultural traditions are transformed when people and communities migrate, then watch the celebrated circus masters soar the skies while tricksters share the secrets of their trades!

It’s JFKs 100th birthday, and it’s the July 4th weekend, and we live in Washington DC and we deserve a party! Live music + DJs all night, open bar, light appetizers, TED-Style lightning talks brought to you by the Washington Post, outdoor performers, and tons of other star-spangled entertainment.

Join Gateway Park for an outdoor movie featuring Some Like It Hot along with games, movie themed cocktails, and dinner. George Washington’s Mount Vernon

A fun filled night is planned in celebration of our nation’s founding. Mount Vernon will be showcasing fireworks choreographed with patriotic music. Bring your whole family to meet General and Mrs. Washington at Mount Vernon while experiencing some of the culture of their time. Give bocce ball a try or learn how 18th-century ice cream was made. With so much to do and learn, your family will be sure to have a memorable night.
