This first weekend of November has a lot in store: continue celebrating Halloween or enjoy the crisp fall weather and cider and chili to keep your bellies full!

WASHINGTON, DC EVENTS

DC Beer Festival
Nationals Park
1500 South Capitol St. SE, DC
Time: Saturday, 12pm-3pm & 5pm-8pm
Cost: $10.00 per car

The DC Beer Festival is back once again!  Dozens of craft breweries will set up in the stadium’s main concourse and will feature fall seasonal beers.  There will also be lawn games, food trucks, DJs and more.  Admission includes unlimited tastings.

Hot Cider Hustle 2016
RFK Stadium
2400 East Capital St. SE, DC
Time: Saturday 1pm-8pm, Sunday 11am-6pm
Cost: Packages start at $40

This unique 5k will serve hot apple cider and caramel apples at the finish line!  Those who register will also receive a hoodie and a coffee mug.  Proceeds will support Playworks, a non-profit dedicated to making schools healthier and happier places for kids.

The Hip-Hop Orchestra
The Kennedy Center, Grand Foyer

Time: Sunday, 7pm-8pm
Cost: FREE

The finale of the World Beats & Life Hip Hop Festival will feature Marcus Moody and the University of Maryland’s Hip-Hop Orchestra. They will be teaming up with the Illharmonic Orchestra for a performance that you do not want to miss!

Howard County Crafts Spectacular
Howard County Fairgrounds

Browse through beautiful and unique crafts from over several hundred vendors! All works are handmade by these talented artists. Magic shows will be presented on Saturday and Sunday.

Annapolis by Candlelight

Get a glimpse inside some of the most historically preserved homes in Annapolis. Enjoy the beautiful autumn weather on this guided walking tour as you are invited into homes built in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries.

Chili and Beer Festival

Cost: $25 General Admission; $40 Admission and T-Shirt

Enjoy the perfect fall combination – chili and beer! Keep your bellies warm with delicious chili and sample both local and national brand beers!
